Summary
We are seeking a remote Lead Manager.
Lead Managers call warm leads and arrange appointments with motivated sellers for our sales team. Team members are responsible for connecting with potential sellers by phone, building rapport and conducting a needs audit to identify motivated sellers.
While this position is remote, we expect all team members to deliver a quality of service that reflect the core values at CoreMark.
Lead managers are friendly and enjoy engaging in conversation. Fluent English is required.
Responsibilities
Three appointments per week
Connect with sellers, identify their motivation & setup appointments
Follow up and manage active leads
Attend weekly sales meeting
Qualification
Two years of real estate experience
